Cooking is the strong point of L'Auberge de l'Étang Joli. Here you'll discover all the flavours of traditional Périgord-style cookery and its various speciality dishes: goose or duck foie gras, stuffed goose neck, walnut cake, tourtière, escargot in puff pastry, crayfish dishes, shirred eggs with foie gras, and more. You can even make these dishes at home after taking a cooking lesson from Isabelle Montfort (by request).
