Every summer, in July and August, the Dordogne Departmental Council is setting up the Active Summer. Just the name alone makes you want to get moving. It's a program of sports and leisure activities in nature for all. Whether you are with family or friends, enjoy a multitude of activities to explore our beautiful destination while having fun. Nearly 20 areas offer sports sessions throughout the summer, so wherever you are in Périgord, there will always be something to do.

We put on our sneakers and let's go! You won't get bored with the great Active Summer program. Climb a rock wall, Doesn't that scare you? Let yourself be tempted by a initiation to climbing on one of the many cliffs of Périgord and in particular that of the Campagne forest. Do you prefer to keep both feet on the ground? Right on target, we challenge you to hit the mark with a session archery. The opportunity for you to test your precision and agility. What if we pick up a little speed with a ride on an electric scooter. It's a good way to discover the destination while getting your fill of sensations.
