Fanlac: in the land of Jacquou le Croquant
The charming village of Fanlac is 7km from Montignac-Lascaux. The village was made famous in 1969 by the film based on the novel byEugène le Roy " Jacquou le Croquant ". The filming was of great benefit to this small village, whose inhabitants willingly lent themselves to the game of extras. There's no point in looking for Jacquou's house now, it's been destroyed.
