I imagine and create essentially everyday pieces, I like the idea that they then accompany the person who chooses them on a daily basis.
I form my pieces on the wheel, or sometimes stamp them, slip them raw, then engrave my drawings freehand before applying the oxide juices from my production with a brush.
This “wash” application technique on light slip allows me to obtain a rendering close to watercolor.
After the first firing, I put a transparent food glaze on the biscuit, and I anneal it at 1070°.
I revisit tradition with good humor, I like to give shape to the bright, colorful and delicious universe of a child's gaze which rests on the vegetable garden, the kitchen table, or the blackberries picked by the side of the path .
In 2020 my production is enriched with refined collections in stoneware and porcelain.
