Brother and sister, we created the Òrt distillery, “garden” in Occitan, on our grandparents’ old farm.
The Òrt distillery is committed to creating spirits with a bold taste and low environmental impact. They are distilled from aromatic plants grown on site using organic farming. Unique feature in France: our still heats using solar energy!
We welcome you all year round to discover the artisanal know-how of distillation. You can taste our spirits (Gins, pastis and vermouth) and visit our gardens. On-site purchases possible.
