Jean-Jacques Servolle, an established Master Artisan of Cured Meats and Tinned Foods, runs the old-fashioned production of this family business. The products contain pork, duck and goose raised in France, and they are prepared by our teams in our laboratories based in Saint-Chamassy, at the heart of the magnificent Périgord area.
Our boutique is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to midday and from 2:30 to 7 p.m.
You will also find us on various local markets: on Tuesdays and Saturdays in Le Bugue, on Wednesdays in Sarlat and on Fridays in Le Buisson.
