In the heart of the Périgord Noir, in Les Eyzies, 25km from Sarlat, close to remarkable tourist and prehistoric sites, the Légal gîte is located in a protected forest environment where calm and tranquility are assured. This completely new wooden frame gîte, measuring 80m² on one level, is suitable for people with reduced mobility. We only welcome guide and assistance dogs. Accommodation consisting of a large, bright living room (with lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen), 3 spacious bedrooms (2 single beds each) and an accessible bathroom with WC. Summer and winter comfort with reversible air conditioning. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Covered terrace, garden furniture, plancha.
