La Greenway along the Vézère river is the perfect path for all cyclists who wish to discover a classified heritage and the natural wealth of the Périgord Noir.
Are you on foot?
The greenway is also designed for pedestrians! However, if you prefer side roads, the route “In the footsteps of the men of Lascaux” is made for you.
If you prefer small closed loop circuits around your accommodation, more than 675km of small hiking trails await you in the Vézère valley.
The Dordogne is sometimes just a stopover on your long-distance itinerary, take the opportunity to savor the local gastronomy before heading back to the GR6 or GR 36.

You are with your family ?
No need to tire your children out on difficult and steep trails, Terra Aventura tours are specially adapted for a family walk. You can do magnificent routes in Montignac-Lascaux, Peyzac le Moustier, Campagne and Audrix where each circuit gives an overview of what the Dordogne is 😉
If you are a cycling enthusiast, we strongly invite you to take the Greenway. Cycle routes are marked in the area, however the roads in the valley are narrow. During the summer, it is not uncommon to come across vehicles.
