The strong point of the Auberge de l'Etang Joli lies in its cuisine. Discover all the flavours of a traditional Périgord cuisine with its specialities: foie gras of geese and duck, stuffed necks, walnut cakes, traditional meat pie, snails in puff pastry, shellfish dishes, oven cooked eggs with foie gras... You can even reproduce these dishes at home by following Isabelle Montfort's cooking courses (on request).
