Caviar Perle Noire welcomes you to Les Eyzies, in the heart of Périgord Noir, for an unusual, gourmet and immersive experience. Guided tour reservation required from April 9 to October 31, 2024, Tuesday to Friday, at 10 a.m. and 14:30 p.m.

You will discover our breeding of sturgeons, prehistoric fish, throughout a walk in the countryside. We will tell you the little-known history of caviar and we will entrust you with our traditional manufacturing method. You will end this moment with a tasty and gourmet tasting of Caviar Perle Noire products.

Three options to choose from (visit included):

Discovery at 20€/person: smoked trout and sturgeon + trout roe + creamy duo + caviar butter + 1 caviar + sparkling wine

Introduction at 35€/person: “discovery” with 2 caviars tasting

Connoisseur at €80/person: “discovery” with 4 caviars and 1 shot of vodka
